Delivery Information



UK Mainland - Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched at no extra cost on the same day through MyHermes/DPD on a 3 day economy service 


If the order is of multiple items then we may send on a pallet, please note this type of delivery will be a kerbside drop or the nearest safe place the driver can unload,  From this point unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the customers.                          

Please note that we use third party couriers, and our aim is to deliver on schedule. At times this is not possible due to reasons beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent costs you may incur.

Any orders placed after 2pm, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day


We must be informed via email within 48 hours of any shortages, damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items. We will aim to replace/refund on receipt of the goods

Any items incorrectly ordered by the customer can be returned within 30 days at the cost of the customer and by notifying us by email the reasons. The item should be returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. A refund will be issued subtracting the original delivery costs.
